Technip Energies will execute the complete project, from early studies to targeted production, holding the guarantee of performances and covering all risks of costs and planning.
Cayor project is divided in four main steps:
The concept stage: the purpose is to establish a first global draft of the project, presenting each units separately, its sizes, CAPEX and OPEX. This concept study predefines all process/project/ logistic/execution strategy alternates to be compared. The concept estimate a +/- 40% CAPEX and OPEX, a planning , a SWOT. This is the fair definition of the project.
The pre-feasibility (PFS): the PFS will compare the alternates and justify the elimination of all but one, the most preferable approach, based on multiple criteria such as : ESIA & HSE, CAPEX, OPEX.
The bankable feasibility study (BFS): advances the engineering studies of the retained final project definition to a great extend, enabling Technip Energies to present a firm EPC lstk global offer.
The EPC: full project execution including engineering - procurement - construction, startup, in lump sum turnkey price.
CPM and Technip Energies have signed an exclusive agreement for the design, development, construction and start-up of the global fertilizer project.
