The project will participate in the modernization of the rail to the port of Dakar which will benefit to all rail users.
Port infrastructures will be developed including storage, loading/offloading of inputs and market products.
The conceptual design of logistic flows (road and rail option) and an analyse of the feasibility of Bargny & Dakar ports solutions have been done.
