A great pace

Late October 2020, Technip Energies achieved the scoping study phase of the project. It defines the project on a 360° approach, including all units implied throughout the logisitc chain from mine to port, all costs associated with the project, of any nature.

Having defined all Capital Expenditures and Operating Expenditures, assumptions of revenues have been made taking into account market studies (World Bank) perspectives of commodities future prices. 

The conclusion of this study evidences that there is a technically and economically viable conventional project, with conventional flotation processes, for integrated mine to phosphoric acid production ; more detailed field works and studies are now needed to prove it, by pilot testing, and determine all costs and revenues within the frame of international standards: FEL3 & AACE class 2 (+/-10%), JORC compliant. 

The scoping study conclusion justifies the project development, thus the coming efforts and investments needed for performing the Bankable Feasibility Study.
